Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Netverge ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collected through our website at netverge.com (the "Site").

Netverge Services Ltd. is a company incorporated in Canada and is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our Site is available to visitors in the United States, including California. All of the service providers we use to run the Site store data in the United States; personal information collected here is therefore stored in the United States and accessed by our personnel in Canada. See Section 11 for where each category of data is held.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and RB2B. We also set a first-party cookie that records the advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

c. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services such as Calendly (when you schedule a meeting) or from publicly available sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send you newsletters and marketing communications you have opted into
  • Improve and optimize our Site and services
  • Analyze usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our content
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data about you:

  • Google Analytics 4— Measures how visitors find and move through our Site. It sets cookies containing a persistent identifier and receives your IP address, the pages you view, and your approximate location. This data is pseudonymous, not anonymous: it is tied to an identifier that persists across visits. Google Analytics runs only after you accept cookies, and we instruct Google not to use what it collects here for advertising purposes — the advertising, ad-personalisation and ad-user-data permissions stay switched off even when you accept. You can learn more about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • RB2B (Retention.com)— A visitor identification service that attempts to match visitors to our Site against its own third-party datasets in order to tell us which individuals and companies have visited, including business contact details such as name, employer, and email address, even where you did not submit a form. This is identification, not anonymous measurement. RB2B loads only after you accept cookies, and no script for it is placed on the page if you decline or have not yet answered. You may opt out directly at app.retention.com/optout.
  • Calendly— Scheduling on our Site is handled by Calendly, a third-party booking provider. When you follow a "Book a Demo" link you leave our Site and the information you enter to book — your name, email address, any details you add, and your selected time and time zone — is collected and processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy, along with campaign parameters carried in the link. We receive the resulting booking. Calendly's privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.
  • LiveIntent / LiveRamp— An identity resolution service loaded onto our Site by RB2B rather than by us directly. It sets its own cookies and receives data about your visit in order to help match you to a known identity. It is subject to the same consent choice as RB2B, and loads only after you accept.
  • HubSpot— Forms you submit on our Site are delivered to our HubSpot CRM, together with the attribution parameters described in our Cookie Policy, so we can respond to your enquiry.

5. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and collect analytics data. For detailed information about the cookies we use and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

6. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know— You may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you.
  • Right to Delete— You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct— You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing— We do not sell personal information for money. However, we use third-party analytics and visitor identification tools that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined broadly under the CCPA and CPRA. Specifically: Google Analytics 4 receives identifiers and browsing activity that Google may use for its own purposes, and RB2B matches visitors against third-party datasets to identify them to us. You can exercise this right in three ways, any of which we honour: decline cookies in the consent banner (reachable at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer), send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser — which we detect and treat as an opt-out automatically — or opt out of RB2B directly at app.retention.com/optout. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination— We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12 below.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

11. Where Your Data Is Processed and Stored
